What is a series and why do I want one?
Series programs are those that meet certain criteria that allows them to play in specific time slots for a 6 month period. These pre-set time slots allow for better planning and promotion of programs by the producer and AOC benefits for having a consistent inflow of programs.
To get into a series agreement, producers must exhibit the ability to fulfill the agreement. To quality a producer should submit and HAVE CABLECAST 3 PROGRAMS of the same or similar nature to the one being submitted for a series.
How often will my series show be aired?
AOC groups programs by delivery type (LIVE show or pre-recorded show) and frequency, then we hold a lottery within each group to determine fair program scheduling.
We accept these types of programs for series:

*Live producers must provide a qualified director who has a paid membership for the series period.
AOC prime time is between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. Monday through Friday. This allows for 30 hours per channel per week of prime-time premiere programming. We have two channels; therefore, we have 60 hours total per week.
